How it works at the microscopic level
Competitive exclusion
Probiotic bacteria (Bacillus strains) are applied in high concentrations. They physically occupy surface binding sites, reducing the space available for unwanted microbes to attach.
Nutrient competition
Beneficial bacteria consume the organic matter — grease, skin cells, food residue — that harmful microbes feed on. Starved of fuel, pathogens cannot multiply.
Enzyme activity
Bacillus strains secrete enzymes that break down biofilm — the sticky matrix harmful bacteria hide inside. Chemicals rarely penetrate biofilm; probiotics dissolve it from within.
Sustained colonization
Unlike a chemical that evaporates, probiotic colonies may persist and self-replenish. Surfaces can stay defended between visits — not just for the hour after cleaning. Results vary by surface type and environment.

We charge the probiotic solution electrostatically so it wraps around surfaces — undersides, edges, crevices — instead of just landing where we point the sprayer. Beneficial bacteria keep outcompeting odor- and stain-causing microbes long after we've left.
Air & Thermal Diagnostics
We look for what's not visible to the eye — potential moisture indicators behind walls, airflow patterns, particulate and VOC levels — using thermal imaging and air quality instruments. Findings are documented for your review.
