Probiotics do the ongoing work.
We do the proving.
One team, four ways in — whether you own the building, manage it, or you're about to hand someone the keys. Every service starts and ends with a number.
Homes, schools, offices — anywhere people live, work, and breathe.
From the bedroom where your child sleeps to the gym floor where hundreds sweat — if people spend time there, we can verify and protect it. Every visit starts and ends with a number.
High-touch surfaces, shared restrooms, cafeterias, and gyms — we baseline-test every zone and treat with electrostatic probiotic application so results hold between visits.
Children are the most vulnerable to microbial exposure. Our non-toxic, fragrance-free probiotic formula is safe immediately after application — no waiting period, no harsh residue.
Desks, conference rooms, shared kitchens, and HVAC zones. We map the high-risk surfaces, treat them electrostatically, and give facilities managers a written RLU report.
We use the same ATP luminometer standard as hospital infection control audits. Independent verification or full probiotic treatment — both options available.
Equipment surfaces, locker rooms, and mats are among the highest-RLU environments we test. Electrostatic application reaches every contoured surface conventional sprayers miss.
Kitchen surfaces, prep areas, and dining rooms treated to food-safe probiotic standards. We pair every application with before-and-after ATP swabs — the same protocol used in commercial food-plant audits.
Where your children crawl, your pets sleep, and your family breathes. Our non-toxic, fragrance-free probiotic formula is safe for kids and pets immediately after application — and ATP swabs prove the difference before we leave.
Horse stalls, arenas, kennels, and grooming salons carry some of the highest microbial loads we test. ATP swabs before and after prove the difference — and probiotic colonies keep working between visits.
Electrostatic technology reaches what conventional sprayers miss — in homes, schools, and everywhere in between
The charged probiotic mist wraps around chair legs, toy surfaces, pet bedding, equipment undersides, desk edges, and fixture gaps — delivering 3–4× more uniform coverage. Non-toxic and fragrance-free: safe for children and pets immediately after application.
Electrostatic Probiotic Application
Coverage that wraps, not just lands.
Standard sprayers deposit solution where you point them. Electrostatic application charges the probiotic mist so it's attracted to surfaces — wrapping around undersides, edges, and crevices that a hand-held sprayer skips entirely.
- Electrostatically charged probiotic mist for 360° surface coverage
- Treats undersides, edges, and crevices missed by conventional sprayers
- Beneficial bacteria colony establishes and persists between visits
- Non-toxic, fragrance-free, safe for children and pets
- ATP swab verification before and after — same visit
How it works
The electrostatic charge causes the solution to seek out and coat every exposed surface in the treatment zone, including the backs of cabinet doors, the undersides of countertops, and the gaps around fixtures. Coverage is typically 3–4× more uniform than conventional spray application.
Why it matters
Unlike disinfectants that kill everything and leave a blank slate, probiotic cleaning introduces beneficial bacteria that outcompete odor- and stain-causing microbes for resources. The colony establishes itself and keeps working between visits — which is why our re-test numbers hold up 30 days later.
What to expect
A typical residential application takes 45–90 minutes. We treat all high-touch surfaces, soft furnishings, and air-exchange points. The solution is non-toxic, fragrance-free, and safe for children and pets immediately after application.
IAQ Testing & Thermal Imaging
What you breathe matters as much as what you touch.
Surface cleanliness is only half the picture. Indoor air quality testing measures what's actually in the air — particulates, VOCs, CO2, humidity, and biological contaminants — while thermal imaging reveals moisture intrusion and HVAC anomalies hidden behind walls and ceilings. We use Onterris-certified IAQ testing protocols to produce a defensible, documented air quality baseline.
- Onterris.com certified indoor air quality testing protocols
- Particulate matter (PM2.5, PM10), VOC, CO2, and humidity measurement
- Multi-zone air quality mapping with documented readings
- Thermal imaging for moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, and HVAC anomalies
- Written findings summary — useful for insurance, compliance, and health investigations
- Pairs with electrostatic probiotic treatment for a complete visit
Certified IAQ testing partner
onterris.comHow it works
IAQ testing is conducted using Onterris.com certified equipment and methodology. We measure particulate matter (PM2.5, PM10), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), CO2, relative humidity, and temperature across multiple zones. Thermal imaging runs concurrently — calibrated cameras detect temperature differentials that indicate moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, or HVAC distribution problems. All readings are logged and tied to specific zones in the space.
Why it matters
Mold doesn't announce itself. Neither do elevated VOC levels from off-gassing materials, a slow HVAC leak, or a humidity pocket behind drywall. By the time there's a visible sign, remediation costs are significantly higher than early detection. An Onterris IAQ baseline and thermal scan gives you a dated, third-party record of conditions — useful for property managers, employers, landlords, and anyone navigating a health complaint or insurance claim.
What to expect
A full IAQ and thermal diagnostic visit covers the entire structure. We document findings with Onterris-certified air quality readings and thermal images, note any areas of concern, and provide a written summary. If we find something that warrants further investigation, we'll tell you plainly — and we can pair the visit with an electrostatic probiotic treatment to address surface contamination in the same appointment.
Independent Verification
Already have a cleaner? Let the numbers decide.
You don't have to switch cleaning companies to know whether your current one is working. We'll swab-test their results on a standalone basis — no obligation, no sales pitch. If the numbers hold up, you'll know. If they don't, you'll know that too.
- Standalone swab-testing of any cleaning company's results
- Hygiena ATP luminometer — hospital and food-plant audit standard
- Written report with surface locations, RLU readings, and pass/fail
- No obligation to switch providers
- Useful for property managers, facility directors, and homeowners
How it works
We schedule a visit after your regular cleaning service has completed their work. Using the same Hygiena ATP luminometer protocol we use on our own jobs, we swab the surfaces that matter most — kitchen counters, bathroom fixtures, high-touch points — and record the RLU readings.
Why it matters
Clean is easy to claim. RLU readings are harder to argue with. Independent verification gives property managers, facility directors, and homeowners an objective baseline that doesn't depend on the cleaning company's own reporting. It's the same principle hospitals use to audit their environmental services teams.
What to expect
A verification visit typically takes 30–60 minutes. You receive a written report with the surface locations tested, the RLU readings, and a pass/fail assessment against the standard threshold. The report is yours to use however you see fit.
In-House Training
Give your team the science, not just the schedule.
For businesses that clean in-house, the difference between a clean-looking space and a low-RLU space is understanding why microscopic-level cleaning works differently than a bottle of bleach. We supply the probiotic product and train your team on how to use it — and how to keep the numbers down between our visits.
- On-site training for in-house cleaning staff (up to 10 per session)
- Covers ATP science, probiotic vs. disinfectant cleaning, and application technique
- Probiotic product supply on an ongoing basis
- Written protocol guide included
- Optional ATP swab device setup for self-verification
How it works
Training sessions cover the science of ATP and why RLU readings matter, the difference between disinfection and probiotic cleaning, correct application technique for the probiotic product, and how to use a basic ATP swab device to self-verify results. We supply the probiotic product on an ongoing basis.
Why it matters
Most in-house cleaning teams are trained on product labels, not outcomes. When staff understand that they're managing a microbial environment — not just removing visible dirt — the quality of their work changes. And when they can verify their own results with a swab, accountability becomes self-reinforcing.
What to expect
Initial training is typically a 2-hour on-site session for up to 10 staff members. We provide a written protocol guide and a starter supply of probiotic product. Follow-up visits and product resupply are available on a scheduled basis.
