Pre-treatment ATP baseline
We swab all high-touch surfaces — kitchen counters, bathroom fixtures, door handles, appliance fronts — and record RLU readings before any treatment begins. This is your before number.
Onterris IAQ & thermal scan
Using Onterris.com certified protocols, we measure indoor air quality across every room — particulates (PM2.5, PM10), VOCs, CO2, and humidity. Thermal imaging runs concurrently to flag moisture intrusion or HVAC anomalies behind walls. Both are documented in your report.
Electrostatic probiotic application
Full-home electrostatic application of our probiotic solution. The charged mist wraps around surfaces, undersides, and edges that a hand-held sprayer misses. Coverage is typically 3–4× more uniform than conventional spray.
Post-treatment verification swab
After the treatment settles, we re-swab the same surfaces and record the new RLU readings. You see the before and after numbers in the same visit.

Most single-family homes take 2–3 hours from first swab to final report. Larger homes or multi-unit properties may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

Thermal imaging runs at the same time to flag moisture intrusion or HVAC anomalies behind walls and ceilings. All readings are documented by zone in your Healthy Home report.
For sellers and realtors, we recommend scheduling after the home has been professionally cleaned but before listing photos are taken. For buyers, we recommend scheduling during the inspection period so you have results before closing.
Yes. The solution is non-toxic, fragrance-free, and safe for children, pets, and all standard surfaces including granite, stainless steel, hardwood, and soft furnishings. No need to vacate for more than the application time.
The report is a third-party document and can be shared at the seller's or agent's discretion. We recommend consulting your real estate attorney about how to present it in a disclosure context.
We'll tell you plainly. If RLU readings are above threshold after treatment, we'll identify the surfaces and discuss a follow-up protocol. A failed reading is useful information — it's better to know before the buyer does.
